The Tahitian Village Annual Membership meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Best Western located at 106 Hunters Crossing Blvd, Bastrop, and via Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted on our website at and sent out by email about a week prior to the meeting.

Three Director places on the POA Board are expiring. Since there were five candidates and three vacant positions, a ballot will be necessary for the Board. The candidates are Charles Brading, Deena Eden, Michele Plummer, Courtney Kellogg, and Ruth Bullock.

The Architectural Control Committee has two vacancies to fill. Shelley Cartier and Courtney Kellogg were the two candidates that were approved therefore no ballot is necessary for the Committee.

This meeting is an opportunity for all Tahitian Village property owners to get an overview of the

POA, meet and speak with county and city officials, and hear from the folks in our community.

This meeting does not generally last more than two hours and is a great chance to learn more about your community. We ask that you please consider attending.
