DESCRIPTION:\nCLEAN SWEEP HOURS WILL BE 8:00-NOON.  VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!\n\n\n\nJust a reminder that Clean Sweep is Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 8:00-12:00 p.m., located in the Water District / Tahitian Village POA parking lot at 112 Corporate Drive. (please enter from Park Lane and exit on Corporate Dr.)\n\n\n\nThis event is for Tahitian Village and Pine Forest residents only.  Please be prepared to show proof of residency such as a driver’s license or a bill showing your address.\n\n\n\nNow is the time to get rid of any household items, debris, etc… that you no longer want! \n\n\n\nTires will have a $4 per tire disposal fee because that is the fee we are charged.\n\n\n\nWe cannot take old TVs with monitors, computers/monitors, and refrigerators must have the coolant drained from them before we can take them. \n\n\n\nRefrigerators, freezers and ACs must have the freon drained and must be tagged by a licensed technician or it will NOT be accepted for disposal.\n\n\n\nWe also cannot take hazardous materials and paint cans must be completely dry. (to dry the paint, add cat litter)\n\n\n\n**PLEASE NOTE, we can not accept household trash.  This is for bulk items that your weekly trash service can not pick up.\n\n\n\nWe still take donations for the animal shelter if you would like to drop off items such as dog food, cat food, litter, blankets, towels, etc…\n\n\n\n****If you can assist in unloading your items, it would definitely be appreciated and it would help speed up the process.  \n\n\n\nIf you would like to volunteer your time, CALL or email us so we can prepare some extra breakfast goodies.\n\n\n\nFor more information, please contact the office at 512-321-1145 or email at info@tahitianvillage.org or see the Clean Sweep page.\n\n\n\n\n
